Contract & Personal Services Ltd is a UK grounds maintenance company working parks, verges, estates and the public realm between them. Founded 03·03·03. 23 years on the land — and the work hasn’t changed. We maintain the ground, enhance the space, and — where the land asks for it — plant the trees.
Since 2022, we have planted 50,000 trees for the UK Government. That’s one programme on a much longer ledger. The rest is year-round: mowing, pruning, hedging, replanting, resurfacing, redesign — every season, on every site a council trusts us with.
We aren’t a faceless contractor. A fleet of vehicles, a team that turns up on time, and a long view on the land we keep. Councils get grounds maintained to one standard; communities get spaces worth walking through.

Brian Macubu.
Founded the company on 3rd March 2003 and has run it every day since. Brian sets the standard across the lot of it — grounds maintenance, park care, green-space enhancement, the planting programmes. If you’ve walked through a council space we look after, it passed his bar first.
